Table of Contents - Full length of right column

It appears that the TOC was shortened to end about half way down the page - can you add back to be the full length? This is really hard to see all the topics and the additional scrolling isn't really helpful when you need to see everything.

Yes. The previous method of displaying the full TOC was really helpful and readers could quickly glance all the topics within the page. This method requires additional scrolling and readers might miss out.
