Table of Contents Alignment of headings

The customer is requesting a change to the way the Table of Contents is displayed on the documentation page. Right now, it appears nested and collapsible, as shown in the first image due to the usage of different headings used( H2, H3 and H4), which makes it harder to view all the sections quickly. They would prefer it to be fully expanded and flat, like the version shown in the second image.PFA.

Hi Tamara,
If we 'Expand All' by default, then for the Articles with a lot of content, it may be a challenge to find the relevant section. Instead I would suggest the 'Expand All', 'Collapse All' feature inside the TOC. Please suggest if this would solve your problem. Please let us know if this would address your problem. Thank you!

One of our other customers have also provided their feedback on how the Table of Contents is being visible on the KB site 2.0.
They would like the TOC headings to be aligned at the same level.
Or, they would like the "Open/Close" arrow to be moved to the end of the line.
