The API documentation module does not currently support a structured review process for articles. It would be helpful to introduce workflow capabilities, such as Workflow designer, Workflow statuses, and Workflow assignment for articles created using the Advanced WYSIWYG editor, as well as for endpoint articles.

This would help documentation teams manage reviews more efficiently, maintain content quality, and align the API documentation process with the workflows followed in the Documentation module of regular workspaces.
