Standard settings for workflow statuses

When setting up workflow statuses it would be great if we could add some more possibilities in the settings. You should still be able to make changes manually when changing the status but it should start on a certain value by default.
The most important being that we would like to be able to set a standard assignee for specific statuses. As an example, we have a Ready to Publish status (waiting on other content to be finished) which should always be assigned to one employee. Now if we change the status we need to manually select this employee and it would definitely save some time if we could add this in the settings.
Also, a standard due date (say 7 days in the future after status change) would be great as well.
Thanks in advance!
Cheers,
Tim

Hi Tim
Thank you for sharing this valuable suggestion around enhancing workflow status configurations.
We understand the need for setting default values - especially a standard assignee per status - to streamline your content review and publishing process. Automating this step can certainly help reduce manual effort and ensure consistency in assignments.
We’ve noted this feedback and will be reviewing it further with our product and engineering teams. It would be great to connect on a quick call to better understand your current workflow and explore how we can align this improvement with your use case.

Hi Mohamed,
Sounds good. It shouldn't be too complex I don't think, so might be an easy win. I'm open to have a call somewhere this week.
Cheers, Tim
