We use a system of 5 color callouts, each to represent a different purpose. It would be helpful to sort an article by those color callouts - having the ones in the filtered sort come to the top of the article for the user. Or, have a separate tab open that displays just the color callouts. Separately, but related, on the portal side, have some type of indicator (or sort ability) to know what callouts are in each article. The front-end request was made by our business users. thank you.
