Sam Ross we have implemented in our newly revamped portal to sort the reader groups and also displaying total readers associated with the group. Hope this helps.

Mohamed Shakheen: Not a problem. When I am working with a list of reader groups either in the User and Setting area or setting security settings on articles it would be VERY helpful to be able to organize the list and alphabetize it.
