Single article URL for all its available languages

One of our customers has embedded an article link within their application and would like the URL to remain the same when switching between languages.
Their requirement is that the language should be determined by the article ID or backend configuration, rather than by changes in the URL structure.
Specifically, based on the user’s browser language, the link should automatically redirect to the corresponding language version of the article. If the browser language does not match any of the available content languages, the user should be redirected to the default language version instead.

Hi Internal Quail Ramesh
Thank you for outlining the requirement regarding language handling for embedded article links.
We understand the expectation that the URL should remain consistent across languages, with the displayed content determined dynamically based on the user’s browser language. Additionally, if the browser language does not match any available content language, the system should fall back to the default language version.
We are currently reviewing the feasibility of this approach, including how it can be handled at the article ID or backend configuration level without altering the URL structure. We will evaluate the technical implications and share an update once the assessment is complete.
