Show Tags below TOC on the KB site 2.0

In KB site 1.0, the Tags appeared to be below the TOC. In KB site 2.0. The tags appear above the TOC. Customer wanted to know if the implementation can be modified to show the Tags below the TOC as it appeared in KB site 1.0

Hi Ramesh Thanks for sharing the customer's feedback.
At the moment, customizing or modifying the right-side panel where the Table of Contents (TOC), files, and tags are displayed is not supported. However, we will evaluate this use case, monitor the traction for this feedback, and share updates here as we progress.
