Show Drive Folder Hierarchy of a File in Details

Content Search results will provide a list of files in Drive but does not show the directory of where the file is actually saved into. Details should also include folder hierarchy.

File details in Drive should include Folder Hierarchy
T
Tangerine Narwhal
When I search for content in Drive, I can easily see the results but have no idea WHERE the files are located in my Drive folders.

It looks like Location details were added when opening up Details in Drive. But it does not should the hierarchy for every file. See attached.

Hi Tangerine Narwhal, Thank you for your feedback. We understand the need to view the folder path or location of files when searching within the Drive. This would definitely help in navigating and organizing content more efficiently.
We’ll keep this suggestion under review and evaluate its feasibility. If it’s picked for our roadmap, we’ll keep you informed on the progress.

Folder Details Should be Visible in "All Content" and Drive Search Results

In Drive, when I view a list of all content and narrow the view with a search, there is no easy way to see the Folder hierarchy that the file is stored in. This makes it very hard to manage content. This should be visibile via a mouse-over in the items and search results. Current method is to select Details and navigate through the URL to see the folders.

Mohamed Shakheen: Thank you for your consideration. I do not understand how content managers can easily find where in Drive a file is located. It almost begs to keep an overly simplistic folder structure as a best practice.
