Search terms being limited to 10
planned
Nibu Thomas
We need to see the entire list of zero search terms. If we filter for a week, and then a month... max results is pegged at 10.
Secondly, if a search term was used twice in a period of time, then it shows up twice in the report. Which doesn't make sense.
Third, when we search for the term that didn't get any results, then it is again repeated as a zero search term in the next week's report.

Zero search

We need the ability to ignore gibberish in the zero search reports. More than half the terms that come up are not really words.
In addition to that, there may be cases where the search term did bring up results, but the user didn't click on any search result. Are those phrases/terms also being captured as a zero search result?
An example is - I searched for what differentiates a page view from a page read. I got a result, but since I knew what the article is about, and it didn't talk about what I wanted to know, I didn't click the link. This is actually an important event that may need to be captured as part of a content opportunity.
