- Customer would like to have the search bar on the ticket deflector page as well.
- Instead of the "x change question" link in the ticket deflector page after selecting a question, we want each question to be collapsible so that the questions appear on the page at all times.

the site search doesn't include content from the ticket deflector - i am using this as FAQs so it would be great if it could come back in the search

Uppili, I have gone through the video that has been shared, and following is my understanding -
#1 - Provide the search option in the ticket deflector same as provided in the other areas of the KB Site
#2 - We have to show all the questions on the same page instead of routing the end user to a separate page.

#1 the search can be configured in the Ticket Deflector, please refer to the attachment. Is the customer would like to have an Ask Eddy in the ticket deflector?
#2 - Could you please elaborate more on this point?

Settings -> Analytics -> Ticket Deflector -> Search.
