Review reminder should be reset, if an article is published again during the requirement review period.
Example: If an article has a 4-month review reminder and is edited/published at 2 months, the reminder should reset to 4 months from the new publish date.
This ensures only untouched articles within the review period require review.

Document360 now supports configuring whether the review reminder timeline resets when an article is republished. This allows teams to ensure that recently updated content follows the intended review schedule, reducing unnecessary review reminders for articles that have been updated recently.
You can configure this behavior under
Settings → Knowledge base portal → General settings → Review reminder settings
