When the customer clicks the “Assign Category Access” button under the Security option for a specific category, the Readers list continues to load indefinitely, causing the pop-up to freeze. As a result, no other options within the pop-up are clickable. The "Readers" list does not load even after waiting for more than 10 minutes.
