I would like to request an improvement to the process of managing readers within reader groups. Currently, when a reader logs in for the first time, they are assigned to a default reader group via SAML, which works as expected. However, the challenge arises when moving readers from one group to another.
At the moment, there is no option within the reader groups interface to reassign a reader to a different group. Instead, I have to go to the "Readers" tab, search for the specific reader, and then manage their content access and groups separately. This requires searching for the reader’s email address again, which adds unnecessary steps to the process.
It would be much more efficient if we could directly move readers between groups from within the reader group interface, without needing to switch between tabs or search for their details multiple times. Simplifying this workflow would improve user management and save time.
