Why is closing a feedback item permanent? I closed one by accident and now I can't reopen it. What is the technical reason for an irreversible database operation?

We understand the concern around accidentally closing a feedback item and not having an option to reopen it.
We'll check this internally to understand the rationale behind the current behavior and whether there are any technical or design considerations that led to feedback closure being irreversible.
We'll share an update once we've reviewed it further.
