Private articles/categories without making whole knowledge base private

We would love to be able to have a base version of the site public to all and then make certain articles/categories available to a logged in user using reader groups. There is currently no way to have both. The site is either public or private. A mix of this would be fantastic!

Why does this feature of mixed (private vs public) have to be Enterprise level? That is prohibitively expensive!

Hi Reluctant Clownfish, thank you for your patience; in our most recent release, we included a mixed knowledge base feature.
A hybrid site access setting that allows parts of the knowledge base to be public and parts of the knowledge base to be private access only for reader accounts with login credentials.
Kindly take a look: https://docs.document360.com/docs/mixed-access-knowledge-base

Yes, this would be a great feature - also for Beta users who need access to documentation that isn't available to the rest of the users.
