The customer would like to have the option to export PDFs in US Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches). Document360 supports the A4 paper size (8.26 x 11.69 inches) by default.

Thank you for your request regarding PDF export options.
Currently, Document360 supports A4 as the default paper size for PDF exports (8.26 x 11.69 inches). We understand the need to support US Letter size (8.5 x 11 inches) as well.
We will evaluate the effort involved in introducing this as an additional export option and share an update once the assessment is complete.
