Let Readers Export Whole Categories to PDF
Anna McDonald
Currently, readers can only export single pages. However, when we have a large user guide with multiple articles under a category, our readers want to export the whole user guide. I have been putting whole guides as attachments to category pages (although I can't seem to do it for indexes). However, our readers do not always see the attachment at the bottom. They try to select the PDF button and just get the category page.
This is a big pain point for our customers and internal readers alike, and I receive multiple requests each month for assistance with accessing PDFs of full guides.
Please add the ability for readers to export whole categories, including the articles within, to PDF.

Content from tabs doesn't display in PDF downloads
Yossi Karp
Currently, when a page is exported to PDF, the content within tabs isn't included in the output. This is a blocker for us, as many of our users rely on downloading pages as PDFs. Without the tab content, critical information is missing. So we can't use this feature until this issue is fixed.
To resolve this issue, consider the following when generating the PDF:
- Convert the elements with the "label title" class (the tab titles) into <h2>headings.
- Display the content from each tab beneath its corresponding heading in the PDF export.

Table of contents and page is not translated in PDF export
Youri van Pinxteren
Our KB has the Dutch language, but if you export an article to a PDF file (and you have the table of contents included), then the PDF shows 'Table of Contents' instead of 'Inhoudsopgave'. The sentence 'Table of contents' is already in the local translations, so it could already be used for the PDF. Also the word 'Page' is not translated to 'Pagina'.

PDF Export Enhancements (Exterro)
Gayathri Ravi
The following are the main features from the customer's end which will be the deciding factor.
- TOC should contains the page number
- Header - Logo and documentation name should appear
- Footer - Category, chapter name should appear along with the page number.
- Instead of the blank background, customer wants to add the image and option to resize it.
- Option to resize the logo and positioning the same
- Exported file name should be default take from either project name or template name instead of typing it every time.
- Custom font introduced as part of CSS instead of just default option available on the portal.
