At this time, when the reader follows an article, they are receiving a notification e-mail and it's not relavant to their role.

"You can update your notification preferences in Settings > Knowledge Base Portal > Notifications in your Document360 portal."

We would like to have an option to edit the E-mail notifcations sent from our end.
