Option to disable the acknowledgement email in the ticket deflector

We would like an option to disable the default acknowledgment email that is automatically triggered by the Ticket Deflector. This is particularly important for teams that already have a separate, customized email response system in place.
Providing a setting to toggle the acknowledgment email on or off would help avoid duplicate or conflicting messages being sent to end users.
