Suggested Enhancement: Send an in-app notification or changelog entry to project Owners/Admins when such a setting is enabled or rolled out, summarizing what changed and linking to the relevant setting.

Benefit: Teams can immediately recognize a change in behavior as expected and intentional, rather than needing to investigate it as a potential problem.
