- Should these notes be private to the individual user, or would you prefer options for sharing with specific groups or team members?

- Any preference on how notes should be added or displayed (sidebar, inline, or separate section)?

Hi Kavya, thanks for the follow-up. These notes would be private to individual readers, mainly internal users in our case. A sidebar or separate section would be ideal for adding them.
For example, a reader working on a project might want to jot down project-specific calculations or specs that add on to the article, so they can refer to them throughout the execution of that project.
