Many of our customers are expecting a JWT configuration that supports a multi-tenant setup and the customer-specific (users using their specific tenants) authentication for the KB widget.

We understand the requirement for multi-tenant JWT configuration support for the KB widget, especially to handle tenant-specific authentication and user segmentation.
We’ll review this internally and check the feasibility of supporting multi-tenant JWT configurations for the widget, including how tenant context can be securely passed and validated.
We’ll share an update once we have more clarity from our evaluation.
