Move Feedback Request to Page Top

We have noticed few customers responding to the feedback form at the bottom of the docs.itential.com pages. By "feedback form I am referring to

This request is to move the feedback form to be higher on the page either below the title of the article or below the right side table of content. This way, it will be more prevalent for our users to know they can enter feedback.

Note the "Did this Page Help You" feedback widget on the top right side pinned under the table of contents.

This is a valid use case to address. We will evaluate all scenarios to ensure the feedback section can be placed in the header or above the TOC, with customizable placement options. We will keep you updated on the progress.
