More control over reader attributes (passwords, attributes etc)

I wish i had the ability to set the password policy (characters, expiration etc) for all of my users.
I also wish i could incorporate custom fields - so they can tell me more about them (their company, their address, phone number, title etc). Right now, i can only search by email domain or name - harder to sort thru.

Mike Boe by default system suggesting the readers to follow the password policy. Sorting is available in the reader & groups as well.

Thiru: What i'm asking for is the ability to set the password policy as the admin (as in, myself as the admin of my D360 knowledge base instance). I appreciate that D360 has basic password rules (# characters, upper/lowers/special) - its a good first step. This enhancement request is saying D360 admins should be able to decide further security options like a mandatory password expiry period, 2factor, etc etc.

Thiru: as far as having more reader attributes, i re-posted my request because this post wasn't getting any attention from D360. I agree that i can sort by name and email but what i'm asking for is a few more fields on each team account so i can find readers faster in the event i need to change their permission or suspend their access. Right now i have to go one-by-one. https://feedback.document360.com/feature-request/p/more-fields-on-reader-account-setup

It's very important to set a password expiry.
