I need to be able to add inline bits of code and make them visible to the users. Pls add monospace as a supported font in the editor or make it possible to add inline code blocks that are also visible to the translators so that they leave them as is.

I think it is important to add a corresponding icon to the menu that appears when you select the text (i.e. beside B, I, U, etc). The shortcut key is not obvious, you can use it only if you know about it. I see that there is the slash menu, but honestly until I saw this information here I did not know it existed, because I assumed (reasonably, I think) that all functionality was available via the panels that appear on the right-hand side.

Hi Everyone, we have included your request on the inline code in our new Advanced WYSIWYG editor.
Flow 1: - Select the content in the edit page and provide "Ctrl+E" shortcut key. When you provide the "Ctrl+E" shortcut key before start typing the content in the edit page, the following content will be turned into inline code.
Flow 2: - In the slash menu (/) you can choose the code function from the list.
I've attached screenshots for your reference, kindly have a look. We recommend using the advanced WYSIWYG editor to access this feature. I hope this meets your expectations.
If you have any suggestions on this, feel free to reach out.

The codeblock editor in WYSIWYG mode is too small, could you do it resizable?

When adding codeblocks, it's pretty uncomfortable to write in the current font, please consider to change it to a monospace font.

Absolutely. There should be an option to easily apply <code> </code> to characters in the WYSIWYG editor.

yes, it doesn't work in the HTML editor, and also the markdown style and the <code></code> style of HTML are different in terms of color and height.

Maybe this doesn't work in the HTML Editor, but this is possible in the Markdown editor by putting single backticks around the code.
