One of the customers has raised a request to include the login history for the team accounts and the readers in the KB portal. Please check this request and share your thoughts.

Hi Team,
The customer would like an audit log for each user (Team account and Readers). They would like view the entire login history of the users or the last 3 or 6 months data on the UI. Specifying the time and date of login, location.

I'll add to this too, we have had customers asking for a report of who has logged into Document360 to find out who is and who is not following the documentation.
I have advised them that unfortunately the platform currently does not log that activity, but it would be extremely useful for compliancy if it did.

Straightforward Planarian: We do have an option to display to filter out the data of users who have not logged in in the readers' ( screenshot). Are you looking for the same to be available for team accounts as well ?

Magnificent Grasshopper Our client is asking more for a report of the last week and last month to see every time a reader account has logged in (or not), not just the last logged in.
More than just logged in dates they would like to know which documents the reader accessed.
Is that a possibility?
