Add a field "Last date used" in the TM. This date will be updated when the segment is used in the project. This will make it easier to remove all unused TM entry and keep the TM size small as well as reducing incorrect high match segments.

Cheerful Ant - Would like to understand the abbrievation for TM ?? Also the in the application where you would like to display this field - "Last date used"? Is this related to any entities like Documentation, Drive or Content tools?
