Raising the request on behalf of the customer.
Request to introduce an option to impose a size limit per PDF export from the KB site, ensuring that export capacity is not exhausted within a few attempts.

In addition to that, it would be helpful if:
* There is some sort of error message or warning that is sent to the documentation team stating that a limit is being reached.
* The user attempting the download gets a warning or error message stating that the export is not available at this time.
* There is some way to track downloads and download size. Not only would this be good for setting limits, but it would be a nice analytic to have, to know how our readers are using the documentation.
