The current PDF export flow for multiple articles relies entirely on sending the exported PDF to the user's registered email address.

1) During the PDF export flow, when multiple articles are selected, provide users with a dialog box where they can manually enter or confirm their email address before submitting the export request. This removes dependency on the system auto-detecting the email address.

2) Where technically feasible, allow the exported PDF for multiple articles to be downloaded directly to the browser/desktop rather than delivered via email, eliminating the email dependency entirely.

3) Introduce a configurable toggle in the knowledge base settings that allows admins to control the PDF export delivery behavior. This would let admins choose between email delivery and direct download based on their security and compliance requirements.
