- separate icon for light/dark mode
- removing the white background and using only icons and custom icons
- support deploying not only to domains but also specific endpoints, for example, company.com?account=12345

Thank you for sharing these customization requests for the KB Assistant. We understand the value of having greater flexibility around appearance (light/dark mode icons, custom icons, reduced background styling) as well as more granular deployment controls, such as targeting specific endpoints or URL parameters.
At this point, these requests are not part of the active roadmap and have been added to our backlog for future consideration. Given that they span UI customization and deployment behavior, they will require further evaluation from both a product and engineering perspective.
We’ll keep this feedback on record and revisit it as priorities evolve. Thanks again for taking the time to share these ideas.

+ Crimson Mastodon - Would like to have an option to change the shape of the KB widget.

Green Canidae also has the following requirements to customize the KB widget:
1) To decrease the height of the KB widget.
2) To open the window of the widget - right to left
