We have released notification channel which will allow you to send notification when actions such as publish, fork, settings change etc happen.

Yes, please. Moving to a unified handbook is tied directly in to company wide & department OKRs. Having the notification in Slack keeps people engaged with progress. The best we can do right now is manually post to Slack any time an article gets created.
