As a CSM, creating this feature request on behalf of a customer:
Support integration with Salesforce Unified Knowledge (zoomin), enabling Document360 articles to be accessible for training Salesforce Agentforce chatbot. This would allow teams using Salesforce for support to leverage Document360 content within the chatbot experience, addressing a key limitation for customers who prefer D360’s knowledge base but rely on Salesforce’s support ecosystem.
