I'm trying to create review cycles that divide our knowledge base (approx. 1,000 articles) among our 40 internal users.

I want to be able to assign each user ~30 articles for review over the course of a year.

I'm currently limited to creating just 10 review cycles. This makes my job difficult: I'd have to assign out multiple people to the same group of articles, or assign a delegate to remind their assigned peer users to work on an article.

This could be resolved by increasing the number of cycles permitted to at least the number of users in the portal.
