Increase file size upload limit from 160MB to 1 GB

Current limit does not allow to upload recordings with file size greater than 160MB. However, our recording are more than 2 hours and extends to upto 1 GB. So, increase the limit.

We are also in need of an increase to upload training videos to each of our documents. We also have full length training videos created for each segment of our software that we would like to upload as well.
