We understand that the “Published By” field in the Article Information Card is reflecting inconsistent data, especially when non-publish actions such as workflow status transitions are performed. As you pointed out, this creates a mismatch between the Information Card and the Revision History, which should remain fully aligned.

We will investigate this behavior end-to-end - including workflow transitions, publish events, and metadata updates - to identify the root cause and validate whether this is a logic gap or a regression.
