Include "Updated on" date in PDFs

It would be convenient if there was a way to include the article's "Updated on [date]" info on PDF exports - like an option in the PDF Templates that allows admins to choose whether or not to include that info, and where it displays (header, footer, etc.).

Also, if version number of the articles can be added with the updated date, e.g. Document name_v1 and published date.
