Improvements to Export project feature (ability to cancel and view recent exports)

I would like to see 2 improvements to the Export project feature :
- The ability to cancel an export (in the same way that you can cancel an export that is being generated to PDF).
- To list all the project exports not just the most recent import and the most recent export.

What information would be most useful to see for each export?
(For example: export type, scope, triggered by which user, start/end time, status, file size, download link, etc.)
How far back would you need access to this export history?
(For example: last 10 exports, last 90 days, or all-time with pagination.)
Would filters or search options—such as by date range, user, or export type—be important for your workflow?
Who should have visibility into this export history?
Should it be available to all users with project access, or restricted to specific roles like admins or project owners?
Your input will help us better evaluate the most useful approach.

Imported projects: Last 3-5 imported projects with the details that you currently provide (date, number of categories, number of articles, timestamp)
Exported projects:
Name of export (new)
* Last 5 exported projects with date, download and copy link (new)
* Export details - same format as PDF export (new)
* Cancel running export (new)
Export status - running, finished, failed (new)
Time taken (new)
Date of export
Download
Copy link
* are the most important for me.
