Improvement in self registration notification

We are not receiving emails when a reader registers to our knowledge base even when the event "Reader self registration" is enabled in the notification mapping. It would be great if this is addressed.

Hi, update from our side: Currently, self-registration emails are only sent to the primary email address. The email address copied (Cc) does not receive them.
