Improve Handling of Simultaneous Offline Exports
backlog

In Doc360, when exporting content for offline use such as HTML, the export option becomes disabled if multiple users export at the same time. This disrupts workflow and blocks active tasks.
Simultaneous exports also overwrite each other. If one export is available for download and another user starts a new export, the earlier export is replaced by the latest one.
We need controls to manage this behavior. Options include a cooldown between exports or isolating exports so one user’s export is not affected by another’s.

Hi Usama Ansari,
Thank you for sharing this feedback. At the moment, Document360 will always display only the most recent export in the main view, and the cancel-export option is also disabled during active exports. However, the pop-up notification panel will continue to show the list of completed downloads until the page is manually refreshed.
We understand how simultaneous exports can disrupt workflows, especially when the export option becomes unavailable while another user’s export is in progress. This behavior will be considered as part of the future enhancements planned to improve the overall export experience—including support for canceling exports and better handling of concurrent exports.
We’ll keep you updated as these improvements progress.
