Having the capability to export documentation from other online platforms so the docs can be imported into Document360 would be much appreciated, as currently only markdown export is supported

Hi Daniela Marquez, thanks for your patience we have introduced this feature in our latest release. Now you can import article content into your knowledge base directly from word files with .docx extension.
