Currently, when a user applies custom text color formatting within a callout, any hyperlinked text inside the callout does not retain the customized color. Instead, the system renders it using the default callout colors with bold and underlined formatting.

This behavior creates inconsistency in the user experience, as the expectation is that hyperlinks should honor the applied custom formatting while still being visually distinguishable as links.

The proposed improvement is to:

Honor the user-applied text color formatting for hyperlinks inside callouts.

Retain the underline style for hyperlinks to clearly indicate their clickable nature.
