The customer requires more granular access control for Reviewers and Contributors. Currently, reviewers need to be assigned at the entire project/workspace level to retain visibility across all content, while contributors with category-level permissions encounter access limitations. They are looking for the ability to independently control view, review, and edit permissions at a category level, allowing users to review all content while editing only designated categories. This would provide greater flexibility for large teams with complex documentation workflows.

We’ll analyze this requirement in detail, including the current permission model and the different access scenarios involved, and evaluate how we can support this more flexibly. We’ll share an update once we’ve completed our analysis and have more clarity on the approach and next steps.
