Glossary Entries - casing in published articles

We have created glossary entries as part of our project. Each glossary entry begins with an upper case - for example, Administrator, Role, After-call work, etc.
When we assign these entries to articles, we can see these tagged as {{glossary.Administrator}} or the relevant term.
When we publish the article, the article always shows the specific word as beginning with upper case. This, in many instances, is wrong grammar - unnecessary capitalization.
Please fix this with some solution. We have also requested another feature related to glossary entries - abbreviated forms and expanded forms for the same terms. You may look into the possible suggestion and implement it for this also.
Whatever the solution, the editor should be able to control the casing of the glossary term in the published article.
