The customer has multiple active workspaces and would like the workspace search to function as a dedicated search that retrieves results only from the specific workspace being used. However, they also prefer to maintain a global homepage where the search functionality is global, pulling results from all workspaces.

The current behavior works as follows:
- When searching within a specific workspace, the results are scoped to that workspace only.
This design ensures users can perform both focused and cross-workspace searches depending on where they initiate the search.
Additionally, you’ll be able to
configure whether search spans all workspaces directly from the article settings and SEO options
, providing greater control over search visibility and indexing.
