You should be able to limit Find/Replace to specific categories, especially if you need to search for a term that appears often and you have a lot of articles and a lot of categories. Even more since there is an arbitrary threshold of results returned, cf. https://docs.document360.com/docs/find-and-replace?highlight=search%20and%20replace.

"The occurrences in a maximum of 1000 articles can be replaced in a single event."

The filter options for the Find/Replace function in the portal are not sufficient or even useless, IMHO. For instance:

* Tags: If you do not set those, you cannot use them to filter.

* Contributors, Visibility: I cannot even imagine, why I would search in topics only restricted by those.
