Ability to easily identify, from an article in the KB Portal, that feedback has been received and open for an article, similiar to the Review reminder functionality. The dot on the article should be a different color and there should be an indicator saying "Needs Feedback Action" just like "Needs Review" button/comment. Otherwise, Feedback really stands alone and is not integrated directly into the article itself. Our #1 priority is to address customer feedback ASAP and this would help us manage and visibly see which articles require Feedback attention when working directly in the Documentation.
