Since we cannot remove the ability to publish an article from accessing bulk actions, none of the team can access bulk actions. Can there be a way to export the list of articles (after applying filters) to a CSV file?

What I'm trying to achieve is generate a list of articles that haven't been updated in the last X months. Ideally, the team should be able to apply these filters by themselves. But since they shouldn't have access to publish articles, they don't have access to bulk actions. Not sure why this interdependency exists in the first place. There are so many actions that could be done - without the need to publish.
