This is a request to expand the Open Site shortcut on the main dashboard of the reader accounts to the entire tile so that by clicking anywhere on the project tile, the knowledge base site opens.

Hi Marked Penguin Worthwhile Pheasant
Thank you for sharing this feedback. We understand the request to make the entire project tile clickable so that users can open the corresponding Knowledge Base site by clicking anywhere on the tile, rather than having to specifically click the
Open Site
shortcut.Could you please share a bit more about the primary use cases or challenges you are facing with the current behavior? This will help us better understand the user workflow and evaluate the requirement effectively.
In particular, it would be helpful to understand how readers currently navigate to the Knowledge Base site and where the existing
Open Site
action is creating friction.M

Our Readers access the private Document360 project page through Okta SSO. After landing on the project page, they expect to click the workspace tile to open the site—but clicking the tile does nothing. This leads users to assume they lack access permissions, when in fact they simply need to click a small icon in the top-right corner to open the workspace.
Despite clearly documenting this in our onboarding materials, the behavior conflicts with users' expectations of how apps normally work. As a result, most new users don't notice the icon and instead assume it's a permissions issue.
This has created a steady stream of unnecessary access-related tickets for our internal IT support team. The ongoing effort required to field these tickets and re-train users on a single click far exceeds what we anticipated.
We believe Reader accounts should have an intuitive, frictionless login experience—ideally, clicking the workspace tile itself should open the site, rather than requiring users to locate a separate icon.
