In the Knowledge base portal, the search bar above the Settings navigation pane matches only left-navigation entry names. Settings that exist as toggles or fields inside a broader settings page are not found by typing their name into that search bar.

Extend the Settings search index to also match the labels and descriptions of individual controls within each settings page, surfacing a direct link or scroll-to-anchor for a matched in-page setting.

Benefit: Admins can locate any setting by name and be taken straight to it, regardless of whether it exists as its own navigation entry or as a control embedded in a larger settings page.
